Sweeeet The PSE power company just had one of its transformers blow up right behind my apartment. I guess it was under the parking lot but MAN did it make a huge noise when it exploded/melted. (click more for the pictures) |

  I just got back to Seattle and now its time to settle into a pattern to prepare for the CCIE lab. I've got the written but the lab will be the true test. Fun times are ahead!   |

| Awesome... I just had my T42p ThinkPad crash. The hard drive has read errors in Knoppix and wont boot into M$ Windows. I opened it up for a look-see and the platter are fine but I think the controller is fried. I can definitely smell the crispy chip smell. So, there is a place in Durham, NC next door that doses the data recovery for $1000 - $2400. OUCH... That will teach me to backup my data! The thing that worries me is the feeling I have of something important that got lost but I can't put my finger on it... Hmm, its one of those days isn’t it? I just had one of the CCD photo receivers in my camcorder go bad as well. Now the hard drive was under warranty but the camcorder is going to cost me dearly. | |

This past February Henrica and I got married in North Carolina at the court house. This coming August we will be having our church wedding in Munich Germany along with her and my family. |
